You can request cancellation within 2 hours of ordering. Because each dress is made to order, returns for size choice, personal preference or change of mind are not accepted. If the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly made, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
