Returns & Exchanges

ByZayn.co is operated by Lunaise LLC. ByZaynCo offers two product families: ZAYN Originals and ByZayn Curated. Unless a product page states otherwise or a lawful exception applies, eligible items from both families are covered by the return framework below.

Return window

For eligible products, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and any hygiene protection intact, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

ZAYN Originals

ZAYN Originals feature original ByZayn artwork and signature pieces, many of which are produced after an order is placed. Non-personalized Originals remain return-eligible when they meet the conditions of this policy, unless a lawful exception applies. Personalized, customized, or specially altered items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

ByZayn Curated

ByZayn Curated pieces are selected from specialist partners and may be partner-fulfilled. They are not treated as personalized or made-to-order simply because they belong to the Curated collection. Eligible Curated items may be returned under the same 14-day framework unless the product page identifies a lawful non-returnable exception.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a significant production or fulfillment error, contact us promptly at hello@byzaynco.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and reported issue. After review, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Hygiene-sensitive items

Swimwear and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned after the hygiene liner or protective seal has been removed, except when the product is faulty or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Return shipping

For an approved return that is not caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges, express-upgrade charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires reimbursement.

Do not return an item without contacting us first. Because our products may be fulfilled from different locations, the approved return address may differ from the original shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. If you need another size, colour, or style, the usual process is to return the eligible item and place a new order. For sizing support before ordering, email us with your measurements and the product link.
