Every product sold at ByZayn.co includes free standard shipping. Preparation time depends on whether the item is a ByZayn Design or Curated by ByZayn; the applicable product origin is shown on each product page.

ByZayn Designs

ByZayn Designs feature original ByZayn artwork and are made after you order.

Production: 3–6 business days
Estimated shipping after dispatch: 7–15 business days

Curated by ByZayn

Curated pieces are selected to complement the ByZayn wardrobe and are prepared through specialist fulfillment partners.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is included on every product and every order. If an optional express upgrade is offered and selected, the upgrade charge is shown before payment.

Complimentary personalized tote

One complimentary personalized tote is included with each eligible ByZayn Design item only. Enter the name exactly as you want it printed in the cart. The same name is used for all eligible totes in one order. Curated by ByZayn products do not include this offer.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is emailed after dispatch and can take 24–72 hours to show its first carrier scan. Products prepared at different locations may arrive in separate parcels; free standard shipping still applies and no additional standard shipping charge is added because an order is split.

Delivery estimates

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The estimates above are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, destination, weather, seasonal volume and local carrier conditions can extend delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or local fees. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Email hello@byzaynco.com immediately if a correction is needed. Once a ByZayn Design enters production or a Curated item enters fulfillment, a change may no longer be possible.

Delays and delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the estimated delivery window has passed, a parcel is damaged in transit, or it is marked delivered but cannot be located, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution under the applicable policy and law.
