Do I need a finished artwork file?
No. You can start with a theme, colour palette, customer profile or mood reference. If you provide artwork, you must have permission to use it. We do not reproduce another brand’s protected designs.
What does a custom project cost?
Design fees, revisions, sampling and any production costs depend on the brief. We provide a project proposal before paid design or production work begins. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or a design agreement.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Custom production minimums depend on the product, print and production method. They are confirmed in your proposal. The opening minimum for our existing Faire collection does not set the minimum for a custom project.
Will the design be exclusive to my boutique?
Exclusivity is available for discussion and is not included automatically. Any licence or exclusivity must be agreed in writing, including the products, territory, duration and artwork rights.
Can you work to a launch date?
Tell us your intended launch date before commissioning. Design, approvals, sampling, production and shipping all affect the schedule. We assess feasibility before agreeing a timeline.
Can I order an existing design instead?
