RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each ByZaynCo shirt is individually made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size, except where required by applicable consumer law. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase and before production begins.
