Returns & Assistance
As this is made to order, returns or exchanges for size choice or change of mind are not accepted except where required by law. If the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase and before production begins.
